Hello there…

As you may have seen this week Xyron and Craftwell have joined forces to host a blog hop.

I have been working with the Teresa Collins Honeycomb Embossing Folder which is a letter size.

As soon as I saw this I thought “Bees” I love the cute little critters and they coordinate perfectly with the honeycomb background.

The card was made by embossing White cardstock and matt and layering it onto a card black with Black and Yellow cardstock.  The embossed White cardstock then had a circle in the centre where acetate was placed behind to create a shaker style card.  The little bee was a file from My Scrap Chick.  It was pieces together using the Teresa Collins Mega Runner and the Teresa Collins Adhesive Kit.  The bee was pieced together by running it through the Xyron 5″ Creative Station which makes such easy work when piecing together all of these small elements.  The letters were adhered using the Xyron Teresa collins Sticker Maker.

These embossing folders will emboss acetate fantastically.  I simply cut out the box and then ran it through the die cutting machine.  As you can see the results are perfect.

These would make great party favours or little gifts.

Why not take a look at the Xyron Blog and Craftwell Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team have been creating.

It’s been lovely working on these wonderful summer projects but now it’s time to get back to working on the Christmas magazine commissions!

Until next time…

Happy Crafting
